Requirements

  • At least 5 years of related client services experience preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing complex program activities with high accountability preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated product knowledge in the business area.
  • Ability to travel less than 25%.
  • Flexibility to work a scheduled shift between 7am and 7pm CT.
  • Attend mandatory new-hire training from 8:00am to 5:00pm CT during the first week.
  • Maintain a dedicated, quiet, private, distraction-free remote work environment with high-speed internet.
  • Provide a secure, hardwired broadband connection meeting the stated speed and ping requirements; dial-up, satellite, Wi-Fi, and cellular connections are not acceptable.
  • Work full-time, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Review program activities with clients weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Attend program and client meetings and document key points and decisions.
  • Monitor program activities and associated IT projects, including due dates and responsible parties.
  • Follow up on meeting action items and solicit updates from task owners.
  • Maintain activity timelines, report progress and delays, and manage deliverables to schedule.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate communication with external clients.
  • Escalate delayed activities to program leadership when owners repeatedly miss deadlines or are unresponsive.
  • Manage contract amendments and project change requests for clients.
  • Present current and future program expectations in weekly client leadership meetings and quarterly business reviews.
  • Manage client access to internal applications, client-facing data reports, and third-party data streams.
