Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years of work experience required.
- MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of medical device or Medical Education experience preferred.
- 2+ years of people management experience preferred.
- Endovascular experience and acumen strongly preferred.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
- Significant industry-related experience demonstrating the ability to problem-solve, manage projects and people, and prioritize workload.
- Product and procedural expertise related to HCP education programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage resources to create and deliver an annual educational strategy.
- Lead the team and collaborate with key opinion leaders to design educational materials.
- Develop methods to increase program effectiveness, including online education and applications.
- Collaborate with Medical Education, product marketing, and sales training teams.
- Set direction for the Medical Education program and anticipate platform needs based on business priorities and budget.
- Develop and execute strategies using data and input following program execution.
- Manage the Medical Education offering in accordance with P&L requirements and prioritize investments.
- Manage the key opinion leader network and emerging thought leaders.
- Mentor team members and adapt programs to customer needs and business priorities.
- Define communication strategies and desired outcomes across media channels.
