Job Details

7+ years of experience in supply chain technology, specifically in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, or IBP.
Direct experience owning configuration and data models in a modern supply chain planning platform like Lyric, o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or SAP IBP.
Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SCM to understand integration with MM and PP modules.
Experience working with data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks at a requirements level.
Proven ability to translate complex supply chain business needs into working technology solutions.
Informed perspective on the application of AI and machine learning within supply chain planning.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Ability to travel up to 10–15% to support initiatives.

Partner with supply chain business leaders across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory to align technology with operational goals.
Translate business requirements into a prioritized, actionable technology roadmap.
Manage the supply chain planning technology ecosystem, with Lyric.ai as the system of record.
Lead the integration architecture between Lyric.ai and the company's multi-ERP landscape, including SAP S/4HANA and NetSuite.
Evaluate and pilot AI-native capabilities within planning platforms to enhance forecasting and inventory optimization.
Govern Lyric module expansions, including onboarding, business readiness, and data integrity.
Provide technical leadership to direct reports and cross-functional teams, including offshore functional leads.
