Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years or Master’s Degree with 4+ years of ML Engineering experience.
- Experience building and managing impactful ML Platform or MLOps teams.
- Experience driving AI or agentic tooling adoption within an organization.
- Hands-on experience with open-source tools such as Ray, Flink, or Feast.
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure and data warehouses like Redshift, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Proven ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term infrastructure vision.
- Experience in a fast-paced or smaller-scale company environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of four engineers across ML infrastructure, operations, and project work.
- Improve internal ML platform standards for service performance, permissioning, and deployments.
- Define the 1-2 year roadmap for Machine Learning and Operations Research infrastructure.
- Embed engineers into forecasting, network orchestration, and pricing initiatives to ensure technical quality.
- Drive AI-assisted development adoption within Data Science workflows.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for production systems.
