Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience working in a technical SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience providing technical support and troubleshooting SaaS applications.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation, troubleshooting, and investigating root causes.
- Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets for reporting and operational analysis.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or comparable ticketing and documentation platforms.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills for investigating complex issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Walmart, or TikTok Shop is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central or Walmart Seller/Supplier portals is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Monitor escalation queues and internal requests to ensure platform functional and data integrity.
- Investigate and resolve SaaS platform issues using structured troubleshooting, SQL queries, and data validation.
- Take ownership of technical problems through to resolution while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Document technical issues, investigation findings, and recurring patterns to enhance knowledge sharing.
- Communicate issues, insights, and status updates to Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers.
- Identify product gaps and operational inefficiencies to drive improvements in functionality and user experience.
- Represent customer needs and pain points within product and engineering discussions.
- Utilize data and reporting to surface actionable insights for product operations decision-making.
