Requirements

  • 5+ years of success in senior-level customer success, enterprise SaaS deployment, or program management for complex, strategic customers.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build trust with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong sales and commercial acumen, with experience in complex, long-term sales cycles.
  • Excellent program management skills, including strategic planning, cross-functional orchestration, and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, build consensus, and drive decisions.
  • Experience in payments, fraud prevention, or e-commerce strongly preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30% annually.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate business pain points into actionable plans.
  • Comfortable presenting to diverse audiences from operational teams to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end customer relationship for complex and strategic enterprise accounts, covering onboarding, adoption, retention, and long-term value.
  • Establish and deepen relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders to build alignment.
  • Lead discovery, change-management, strategic-alignment, and business-planning sessions.
  • Develop and execute long-term growth plans based on customer objectives, industry trends, and platform capabilities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve complex issues and maintain customer outcomes.
  • Create executive-level collateral and lead business reviews demonstrating strategic impact.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and broader product adoption.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to explore emerging use cases in fraud prevention and account integrity.
  • Represent the organization at onsite sessions, partner events, and industry engagements.
