Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience managing Amazon listings via agency, brand, or aggregator.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
- Proven expertise in image and A+ content strategy with ability to provide concrete examples of listing improvement.
- Fluent in Amazon image policy and mobile gallery optimization.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
- Advanced AI usage skills, specifically in building reusable prompts and custom project instructions.
- Working knowledge of Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or equivalent tools.
- Fluent written English to a professional standard.
- Ability to manage a queue independently.
- Experience working with international marketplaces.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose conversion issues by analyzing gallery performance and identifying unmet buyer objections.
- Rank product USPs to prioritize messaging for the seven gallery slots.
- Write comprehensive image briefs that specify messages, headlines, and callouts for remote designers.
- Perform data-driven analysis of reviews, returns, and Voice of the Customer reports to create buyer personas.
- Build recurring reports tracking sales, traffic, and conversion impact from image updates.
- Utilize AI tools to localize images, summarize data, and develop repeatable project templates.
- QA design files against the brief to ensure brand consistency and mobile-readiness.
