Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of Salesforce experience, with demonstrated tenure in Senior BSA and CRM solution architecture roles.
- Experience architecting and delivering multiple large-scale, complex Salesforce programs in Life Sciences or an adjacent regulated industry.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC), Health Cloud, or equivalent pharma/biotech CRM platforms.
- Experience leading delivery using Agile, hybrid, or scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, multi-team Scrum).
- Experience leveraging AI/ML capabilities such as Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, or generative AI tools.
- Strong ability to function as a technical and functional hybrid to design end-to-end solutions.
- Deep integration architecture experience including Boomi or Workato, event-driven architectures, or enterprise API strategy.
- Expertise in global data residency, data sovereignty, and privacy laws within the healthcare domain.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall solution architecture vision for large-scale, multi-workstream Salesforce Life Sciences programs.
- Serve as the senior liaison between business leadership and technical delivery teams to translate strategic intent into architecture.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and KPIs.
- Prepare functional solution documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs.
- Partner with Salesforce product teams and third-party vendors to shape solution approaches and leverage platform capabilities.
- Resolve design impasses and break through ambiguity to accelerate program alignment.
