Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a Salesforce consulting firm or professional services environment, supporting Salesforce implementation projects in a Business Analyst role.
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, including core objects, the data model, and key product areas such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
  • Experience facilitating requirements-gathering sessions and translating business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
  • Ability to work within a team environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organized and results-driven with experience in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation, and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client and team engagements as needed.
  • Comfort with adopting firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst) are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand business goals, document requirements, and translate them into clear user stories and functional specifications.
  • Facilitate and support discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to gather and validate business requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Salesforce configurators, developers, and project managers to ensure requirements are accurately understood and delivered.
  • Analyze complex business processes and break them down into smaller, manageable, and actionable requirements across the full project lifecycle.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, working with technical teams to refine user stories and define acceptance criteria.
  • Support system integrations by identifying business needs and facilitating collaboration between client stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of client-facing deliverables, including process documentation, training materials, and status reports.
  • Evaluate and escalate project issues, risks, or conflicts as needed, offering proactive suggestions to ensure smooth project execution.
