Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Public Administration, or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in federal financial management, business process analysis, data analytics, or management consulting.
- Demonstrated experience with federal government financial data and processes.
- Experience performing data analysis, reconciliation, and business process improvement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Experience deploying financial planning or business intelligence applications (preferred).
- Familiarity with platforms like SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, requirements, and data structures.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify business challenges and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend business, technology, and data solutions to improve financial outcomes.
- Analyze financial data using business intelligence tools to generate insights.
- Collaborate with developers and subject-matter experts to align technology requirements.
- Produce documentation including requirements matrices, functional design documents, and user guides.
- Develop test plans, coordinate execution, and support issue resolution.
