Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in information systems, health information management, healthcare, business, or related field.
- Experience with healthcare systems, EMR/EHR platforms, billing systems, or business applications is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze information and identify discrepancies or process gaps.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Self-motivated, organized, and dependable.
Responsibilities
- Review RCM processes and workflows to identify efficiency and accuracy improvements.
- Support system updates, configuration requests, and workflow changes.
- Assist with testing system changes, documenting test results, and tracking identified issues.
- Perform data validation and review reports to identify discrepancies.
- Support application troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to the Senior Systems Analyst.
- Maintain system documentation, testing records, and standard operating procedures.
- Work with system owners to gather business requirements and workflow concerns.
- Assist with reporting and analytics requests in partnership with BI teams.
