Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Health Information Management, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in healthcare systems implementation.
- Proven experience in Revenue Cycle Management and systems configuration.
- Strong understanding of CPT and ICD-10 coding regulations.
- Familiarity with major payer guidelines.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Expertise in analytical tools such as Power BI and AI tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Behavioral Health/Addiction Treatment RCM experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain RCM applications and solutions by investigating workflows and data transactions.
- Configure and customize systems including EMR, EHR, and practice management platforms.
- Analyze internal workflows to recommend and implement IT solutions that improve efficiency.
- Support cross-functional teams during system implementations and renewals.
- Provide technical support for RCM systems, resolving issues to minimize operational disruption.
- Partner with EMR Specialists and BI teams to ensure stable reporting and analytics infrastructure.
- Provide application support and configuration assistance to department system owners and users.
- Ensure compliance with all HIPAA standards and maintain data confidentiality.
