Job Details

7+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, including significant experience in high-growth B2B SaaS.
Hands-on experience scaling a venture-backed B2B SaaS company, ideally through Series B/C or 100-500 employee stage.
Strong GTM finance experience including sales forecasting, capacity planning, sales compensation, and pipeline analysis.
Rev Ops fluency: CRM data structures, funnel metrics, and the connectivity between sales activity and financial systems.
Expert Excel and Google Sheets modeling skills.
Working knowledge of SaaS accounting: deferred revenue, ASC 606, and cash vs. accrual timing.
Experience with an ERP such as NetSuite or QuickBooks Online.
Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or related field.
Experience modeling AI or LLM infrastructure costs is strongly preferred.

Own FP&A, including the rolling forecast and integrated financial model for ARR, revenue, headcount, cloud spend, operating expenses, and burn.
Manage the annual plan, monthly reforecast, department budgets, and budget-versus-actual reporting.
Partner with Sales and Rev Ops on quota and capacity planning, sales compensation model design, and commission economics.
Analyze pipeline, conversion, and sales cycles to forecast bookings and ARR.
Report on SaaS KPIs such as ARR bridge, net/gross revenue retention, CAC payback, LTV/CAC, and Rule of 40.
Model gross margin by product, including AI inference, compute, and other cloud costs.
Build financial and KPI sections for management reports and investor updates.
