Requirements
- 5+ years managing business technology, IT operations, or business systems in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment.
- Proven track record creating and running evaluation frameworks for internal tools and build-vs-buy decisions.
- Hands-on experience managing and connecting business applications such as Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, or billing and contract management systems.
- Demonstrated experience designing automated workflows using APIs, integration platforms, or AI process automation tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong discipline for evaluating third-party SaaS platforms against custom engineering effort.
- Understanding of modern API integrations, data flows, and workflow tools.
- Experience managing software licensing, vendor relationships, and access provisioning across distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the corporate software suite by vetting and managing vendor partnerships and license allocation.
- Drive the build vs. buy evaluation process for all internal tooling requests.
- Design and implement system integration pathways between CRM, Finance, Legal, and Ops stacks.
- Identify workflow friction points and deploy AI-powered automation to increase operational speed.
- Translate validated business requirements into clear scope hand-offs for the Technical Product Manager.
