Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing revenue role, Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations, or Product Marketing.
  • Prior experience carrying an individual sales quota or serving in a consultative customer-facing role.
  • Experience designing and scaling enablement programs that improve onboarding, sales readiness, and product adoption.
  • Proven ability to build partnerships across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence audiences ranging from frontline to leadership.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics and customer feedback to measure enablement impact.
  • Builder's mentality with a track record of creating scalable programs, playbooks, and processes.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to earn trust through empathy and collaboration.
  • Preferred: Experience in a direct-to-consumer, retail, or high-growth environment.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and enablement tools like Gong, Highspot, Seismic, or WorkRamp.

Responsibilities

  • Design and continuously improve onboarding programs to accelerate new-hire ramp time.
  • Develop ongoing training programs to strengthen product knowledge, consultative selling, and objection handling.
  • Analyze conversion, win/loss, and retention data to identify and implement targeted enablement initiatives.
  • Review call recordings to surface best practices and create repeatable playbooks.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Product Management to translate strategy into sales playbooks, talk tracks, and training plans.
  • Manage enablement tooling including CRM, content libraries, and call recording platforms.
  • Create and maintain high-converting sales assets, including competitive battle cards and customer-facing resources.
