Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in WMS implementations or supply chain execution systems.
- Proven experience with full end-to-end implementations and go-lives.
- Hands-on experience integrating WMS with MHE/automation systems or robotics platforms (e.g., Geek+, Locus Robotics, Exotec, iRobot).
- Working proficiency in SQL, including writing and troubleshooting stored procedures, joins, and updates in Oracle or MSSQL.
- Deep understanding of warehouse workflows: receiving, put-away, wave/allocation logic, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
- Experience with put-to-light, pick-to-light systems, and warehouse hardware (RF guns, printers).
- Methodical troubleshooting skills for MHE messaging issues.
- Strong client-facing communication skills for go-lives and critical incident management.
- Ability to collaborate with local and international teams.
- Willingness to travel 50–75% for client requirements and occasional weekend work.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support WMS-to-robotics integration projects, including goods-to-person, conveyor/sortation, ASRS, and put-to-light/pick-to-light systems.
- Analyze business, functional, and integration requirements to design effective, scalable WMS/WCS solutions.
- Configure core WMS modules (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Returns, Picking, Shipping) as needed to support the broader automation integration.
- Troubleshoot MHE messaging issues end-to-end, resolving root causes.
- Write, review, and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures (e.g., Oracle, MSSQL) to support inventory adjustments and order-header updates.
- Partner with clients and stakeholders during SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live phases.
- Lead or participate in issue/bridge calls during critical incidents.
- Maintain high-quality documentation: design docs, technical specifications, test plans, runbooks, and configuration records.
- Mentor or guide less experienced consultants, analysts, or support staff.
