- Demonstrated experience in data conversion or integration roles.
- Proficiency in SQL scripting for complex data transformation tasks.
- Experience using system tools for large-scale data migrations.
- Strong domain knowledge in Health and Welfare (H&W) and pension/benefits administration.
- Proven ability to facilitate client workshops and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
- Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional internal teams and external client stakeholders.
- Ability to manage technical escalations and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance conversion processes and champion innovations.
- Facilitate data conversion workshops and client meetings to translate technical requirements into actionable solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex data-related challenges and coordinate team resolutions.
- Create and execute data conversion activities using SQL scripting and system-specific tools.
- Review data conversions to identify gaps and implement proactive solutions.
- Partner with Data Managers and client stakeholders to deliver high-priority implementation tasks.
- Provide progress updates and risk assessments with mitigation plans to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and project managers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
