Job Details

3–5 years of experience in WMS implementations or supply chain execution systems.
Techno-functional background with the ability to bridge business/operations and IT.
Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing and troubleshooting stored procedures, joins, and updates.
Solid understanding of warehouse workflows: receiving, put-away, wave/allocation logic, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot MHE messaging issues methodically.
Exposure to WMS integration with MHE/automation systems or robotics platforms like Geek+ or Locus Robotics is strongly preferred.
Comfortable working directly with client stakeholders during critical project phases.
Ability to travel 50–75% for client engagements.
Ability to work effectively with onshore development teams and international robotics vendor teams.

Support WMS-to-robotics integration work, including goods-to-person, conveyor/sortation, ASRS, and put-to-light/pick-to-light systems.
Analyze business, functional, and integration requirements to support effective WMS/WCS solution design.
Configure core WMS modules such as Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Returns, Picking, and Shipping.
Troubleshoot MHE messaging issues by tracing failures back to the source job or process.
Write, review, and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to support inventory and allocation logic.
Support clients during SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live phases including onsite troubleshooting.
Maintain design documentation, technical specifications, test plans, runbooks, and configuration records.
