Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in WMS implementations or supply chain execution systems.
- Techno-functional background with the ability to bridge business/operations and IT.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing and troubleshooting stored procedures, joins, and updates.
- Solid understanding of warehouse workflows: receiving, put-away, wave/allocation logic, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot MHE messaging issues methodically.
- Exposure to WMS integration with MHE/automation systems or robotics platforms like Geek+ or Locus Robotics is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable working directly with client stakeholders during critical project phases.
- Ability to travel 50–75% for client engagements.
- Ability to work effectively with onshore development teams and international robotics vendor teams.
Responsibilities
- Support WMS-to-robotics integration work, including goods-to-person, conveyor/sortation, ASRS, and put-to-light/pick-to-light systems.
- Analyze business, functional, and integration requirements to support effective WMS/WCS solution design.
- Configure core WMS modules such as Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Returns, Picking, and Shipping.
- Troubleshoot MHE messaging issues by tracing failures back to the source job or process.
- Write, review, and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to support inventory and allocation logic.
- Support clients during SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live phases including onsite troubleshooting.
- Maintain design documentation, technical specifications, test plans, runbooks, and configuration records.
