Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing business intelligence or data analytics solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
- Advanced proficiency with DAX.
- Strong experience with Power Query/M.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, including star schemas, relationships, dimensions, and fact tables.
- Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience integrating Power BI with multiple data sources.
- Experience with Power BI Service, including workspaces, deployment, refreshes, and security.
- Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS).
- Strong understanding of BI development best practices and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for enterprise clients.
- Translate business requirements into effective reporting and analytics solutions.
- Build and optimize data models using Power BI and related Microsoft technologies.
- Develop complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs.
- Use Power Query (M) for data transformation and preparation.
- Implement Power BI security, including row-level security (RLS).
- Manage Power BI workspaces, deployments, datasets, and refresh schedules.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend appropriate reporting solutions.
