Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience implementing Board EPM solutions within a consulting environment.
- Strong practical experience with FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and consolidation.
- Solid understanding of managerial accounting and enterprise performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable functional designs.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience with data modeling and structured financial analysis.
- Proven ability to work directly with clients and manage complex business requirements.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Delivery-focused mindset with strong organization and problem-solving capabilities.
- Board certification (preferred).
- SQL or scripting experience (preferred).
- Experience working with enterprise clients (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Board EPM projects from discovery and requirements gathering through to deployment and user enablement.
- Convert complex budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes into scalable Board models.
- Facilitate client discovery sessions, workshops, and process-design interviews.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, priorities, and client expectations.
- Partner with architecture and technical teams to align functional requirements with implementation activities.
- Create executive-level documentation, dashboards, and training resources.
- Contribute to internal implementation methodologies, accelerators, and best practices.
- Mentor other consultants to strengthen the practice's functional and delivery capabilities.
