Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a similar natural science field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in complex software implementation, data management, or similar background.
- Experience working with large data sets and data integration tools.
- High level of understanding of corporate software environments such as PDM or ERP.
- Strong understanding of database design and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Dexterity with software tools and data manipulation & analysis.
- Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box.
- Curiosity to find disruptive solutions to tough data problems.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to understand technical requirements and collect data for system environment integration.
- Map relevant data and coordinate with domain experts to ensure seamless integration workflows.
- Run end-user training sessions.
- Provide technical support to customers throughout the software implementation and deployment process.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including installation guides, user manuals, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, product leads, engineering, and domain experts to ensure successful customer deployments.
