- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with client-facing experience.
- Strong business analysis skills for requirements gathering and use case analysis.
- Proven expertise in complex data modelling.
- Competency in Python for writing functions and plugins.
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL.
- Proficiency with at least one major cloud environment.
- Familiarity with AI tooling, Agentic AI concepts, and AI guardrails.
- Expertise in at least one complex business domain (Retail experience preferred).
- Track record of delivering successful projects in a professional services team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor other Implementation Engineers in utilizing the Xfuze platform.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including pre-sales, discovery, design, release, and support.
- Architect and validate high-level design decisions with enterprise-grade maturity.
- Configure complex connectors, workflows, and data transformations.
- Produce high-level designs and approve low-level technical specifications and configurations.
- Deliver custom plugins and data model extensions while collaborating with engineering teams.
- Act as a strategic advisor for clients and a technical liaison for product development teams.
- Develop documentation and training materials for internal teams and clients.
