Job Details

Previous experience in a technical position (e.g. Systems Engineer, Implementation Engineer, DevOps Engineer, IT Infrastructure Engineer, etc.)
Excellent English language and grammar proficiency
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to research and communicate technical solutions
Strong emotional intelligence and a sense of empathy for supporting customers and team members
Ability and desire to work in an all-remote environment
Knowledge of operating systems including Linux, Windows, and macOS
Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Podman
Understanding of directory services like Active Directory, LDAP, Azure Entra ID, or Okta
Experience with cloud platforms including GCP, AWS, or Azure
Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash or PowerShell
Understanding of networking protocols and infrastructure including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SMTP, and NGINX

Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Bitwarden and its suite of services
Lead technical planning and execution of new deployments for large Enterprise engagements
Advise customers on industry best practices for the full Bitwarden stack
Serve as a dedicated point of contact for named customers via ticketing and email systems
Participate in customer quarterly business reviews, environment audits, and feature positioning
Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to triage bug reports and feature requests
Guide knowledge sharing and documentation efforts within the Implementation Engineering team
Represent Bitwarden at customer meetings, industry events, or team offsites as needed
