Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience managing projects or production within the learning and development industry.
- 3+ years managing projects under U.S. Government contracts as a prime or subcontractor.
- Working knowledge of instructional design principles and eLearning production workflows.
- Proficiency in project management software (Planview, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Experience producing government deliverables including monthly status reports and integrated schedules.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% to customer sites and military installations.
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Active or recently active Secret Security Clearance preferred.
- Prior military service or experience as a U.S. Government civilian preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements from kickoff through closeout or managed-service delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation using Planview.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Instructional Design, Creative, Development, and Quality Assurance.
- Monitor project progress, manage scope changes, and facilitate change management processes.
- Manage delivery of federal, state, local government, and education contracts.
- Prepare monthly status reports, maintain integrated project schedules, and lead technical reviews.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring audit and compliance requirements are met.
