Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience managing projects or production within the learning and development industry.
- Working knowledge of instructional design principles and eLearning production workflows.
- 3+ years managing projects under U.S. Government contracts as prime or subcontractor.
- Experience producing government deliverables including monthly status reports and integrated schedules.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools for Gantt charts.
- Experience using project management software and collaboration tools.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% to customer sites and military installations.
- U.S. Citizenship with ability to pass a federal background investigation.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements from kickoff through closeout or ongoing managed-service delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation within Planview.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients and lead stakeholder meetings.
- Coordinate Instructional Design, Creative, Development, Quality Assurance, and Learning Strategy teams.
- Manage delivery of federal, state, local government, and education contracts, including reporting and audit documentation.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization to identify financial risks.
- Identify and manage project risks while ensuring quality control processes are completed before delivery.
