Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in portfolio, program, project management, or Agile delivery.
- Proven experience leading large-scale portfolios, strategic initiatives, and organizational transformation.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, product management, and enterprise delivery frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in portfolio governance, intake management, and prioritization processes.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Ability to influence executive leadership and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen in healthcare, insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Reliable cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload for remote work.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall portfolio management function, ensuring initiatives are aligned with strategic objectives and enterprise goals.
- Establish and maintain portfolio governance processes to support intake, evaluation, prioritization, and execution.
- Lead the PMO function to plan, monitor, and deliver strategic business initiatives.
- Direct Agile Product Managers and Product Owners in defining vision, backlogs, and delivery roadmaps.
- Partner with Technology, Product, and Operations leaders to optimize prioritization and maximize business value.
- Develop performance metrics to provide visibility into initiative outcomes and organizational health.
- Coach and develop a high-performing team of portfolio, project, and product professionals.
