Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing complex software, technology, or data-platform programs.
- 3+ years leading multi-workstream programs with executive visibility.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of program schedule, budget, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes.
- Experience delivering programs in a regulated environment requiring audit trails and documentation.
- Strong experience running Agile delivery at scale alongside phase-gated executive governance.
- Proficiency in maintaining program artifacts such as decision logs, risk registers, and dependency trackers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with experience creating executive dashboards.
- Experience managing external customer, partner, or design-partner commitments.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills across Product, Engineering, Data, and Commercial teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the integrated project plan across Product, Engineering, Data, QA, Infrastructure, and Go-to-Market workstreams.
- Establish and manage phase-gate milestones, release dates, and critical-path activities.
- Manage the program risk register with named owners, mitigation plans, and escalation triggers.
- Track program budget and vendor spend, including cloud consumption and licensing.
- Maintain the program decision log to support phase-gate reviews and audits.
- Prepare and deliver steering committee and board-level executive status reports.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and resolution of blockers across engineering, data, and commercial teams.
