Requirements
- 5 - 7 years of experience in a project management and/or account management role.
- Strong understanding of video production, publishing, and digital content workflows.
- Proven ability to solve problems proactively and thrive in ambiguity.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- High degree of emotional intelligence.
- Experience influencing and aligning cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of simultaneous projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to quickly assess competing priorities and make thoughtful decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day lead across partner stakeholders and internal teams throughout the full campaign lifecycle.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across editorial, production, publishing, and partner teams.
- Surface partner feedback and recommend solutions, trade-offs, and stakeholder management approaches.
- Cultivate and build trusted partner relationships across a wide array of stakeholders.
- Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable production and publishing workflows.
- Create and manage dynamic project timelines and reprioritize based on evolving needs.
- Maintain and optimize centralized project documentation and knowledge-sharing systems.
- Work within the client’s project management systems to input updates and track progress.
- Coordinate publishing and launch workflows across partner, editorial, production, and social teams.
- Report regularly on progress towards workstream revenue goals.
