Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in client engagement, project management, account management, or consulting.
- Demonstrated success managing complex client relationships and large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello.
- Proven experience managing project budgets, forecasts, profitability, and invoicing.
- Experience negotiating and managing contracts and statements of work.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and multiple engagements effectively.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients to maintain long-term relationships and retention.
- Lead recurring status meetings, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions with clients.
- Oversee end-to-end engagement delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Define project objectives, roles, and responsibilities while managing scope changes via change-control processes.
- Partner with legal and finance teams to manage contracts and statements of work.
- Monitor project profitability, forecasts, and financial risks while providing status reports.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of project managers and technical specialists.
