Requirements
- 3+ years of talent acquisition experience with a focus on early-career or university recruiting across European markets.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and work with speed and accuracy.
- Clear, concise communication style with strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience using candidate assessment tools and tracking recruitment metrics.
- Ability to lead structured weekly pipeline stand-ups.
- Must be based in the European Union.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage top-tier early-career talent across Western Europe using direct sourcing, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Review and process candidate applications.
- Plan and execute university career events, technical fairs, and campus information sessions.
- Nurture a long-term referral pipeline across employee networks, alumni groups, and student organizations.
- Manage high-touch candidate engagement from offer acceptance to start date, including monthly touchpoints and cohort networking.
- Evaluate sourcing channels and iterate on digital campaigns to optimize hiring processes.
