Requirements
- 3+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles.
- Prior recruitment experience within the Fintech industry.
- Proven Executive Search experience.
- Strong verbal and written proficiency in English (B2 level).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to think out-of-the-box.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and participate in continuous company HR projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute proactive talent sourcing strategies, including digital campaigns, referrals, and tactical research.
- Perform executive search and headhunting for top-caliber talent across multiple regions.
- Conduct first-round interviews using various interviewing techniques to meet hiring targets.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate lifecycle and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Screen applications, manage assessments, schedule interviews, and provide feedback to candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and debrief on candidates.
- Maintain applicant tracking system data and report on recruitment metrics and results.
