Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience in studio management, business development, product management, or project management in mobile gaming.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing and developing teams.
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with external game studios or developers.
  • Hands-on experience with publishing contracts and commercial processes for external partnerships.
  • Experience overseeing game pipelines from early concepts or prototypes through launch.
  • Strong business development skills, including negotiation and partnership building.
  • Strong understanding of mobile gaming markets, industry trends, and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with P&L statements, KPIs, and pipeline data analysis.
  • Experience collaborating with finance and legal teams.
  • Professional English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, internationally distributed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support a global team of studio managers to achieve commercial and operational objectives.
  • Recruit, develop, and scale the studio management organization as the business grows.
  • Identify, win, develop, and retain high-value external development partners.
  • Oversee the game pipeline from prototyping through soft launch to ensure efficient progress.
  • Develop, negotiate, and manage publishing contracts in collaboration with legal stakeholders.
  • Build cross-functional relationships with game design, data, product, finance, and legal teams.
  • Manage portfolio and game-level P&L and financial performance.
  • Represent the studio management function to senior leadership using performance data and commercial insights.
