Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in studio management, business development, or product/project management in the mobile gaming industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in team management.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and managing external studio or developer relationships.
  • Hands-on experience managing and negotiating publishing contracts.
  • Experience overseeing game pipelines from concept through to launch across multiple titles.
  • Strong proficiency in managing, interpreting, and applying P&L data and KPIs.
  • Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing operations across different regions, markets, and time zones.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of studio managers, helping them sign premium studios and build strong developer relationships.
  • Recruit, grow, and shape the team as the business scales, including organizational design.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies at regional and global levels.
  • Oversee the game pipeline from prototyping to soft launch, ensuring projects stay on schedule.
  • Manage contracts in collaboration with the legal team to ensure industry standards.
  • Collaborate with game design, data, product, and growth teams to improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor portfolio P&L and work with finance to ensure accuracy and cost attribution.
  • Review publishing KPIs and update workflows to align with company priorities.
  • Represent the studio management function to leadership and contribute to publishing strategy.
