Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience at B2B SaaS companies.
- Meaningful experience working with data or analytics products.
- Proven track record of shipping complex technical products in fast-moving environments.
- Experience shipping API products and understanding technical customer needs.
- Experience productizing data-heavy statistical and machine learning models.
- Experience working with AI tools and integrating them into product experiences.
- Ability to translate PhD-level statistical research into clear engineering specs.
- Strong written communication skills suitable for an async-first environment.
- Proven ability to act as a player-coach managing a team while delivering individual contributions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO to convert business strategy into a clear product roadmap.
- Manage, upskill, and lead a team of product managers.
- Own execution on specific product initiatives as an individual contributor.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to prioritize and scope work for maximum customer value.
- Work closely with marketing and GTM teams to successfully deliver and launch new features.
- Define standards for product metrics and performance measurement.
- Translate complex, PhD-level statistical research into executable engineering specifications.
- Maintain transparency and provide updates to stakeholders across sales and leadership.
