Requirements
- Have 4+ years of product management experience.
- Bring preferably product operations experience at a B2B technology company.
- Show a track record of building and shipping AI agents or automations used by real users, with measurable results.
- Demonstrate hands-on fluency with large language model tools such as Claude Code, connector-based integrations, or workflow tools such as n8n.
- Be comfortable with SQL and APIs.
- Apply process design skills to map workflows and decide what to automate, simplify, or stop doing.
- Have advanced written and spoken English and confidence presenting and discussing with senior stakeholders in live calls.
- Nice to have: experience with advertising technology, TV, or media.
- Nice to have: experience designing evaluations or test sets for AI systems.
- Nice to have: familiarity with Salesforce, Shortcut, Notion, or PostHog.
Responsibilities
- Find manual, repetitive work in product planning, tracking, and shipping, and replace it with agents and workflows.
- Prototype using Claude Code, connectors, and internal data tools; involve engineering when work needs to become a production service.
- Work with product managers and engineering leads to share operational work and close gaps through automation.
- Adapt successful internal approaches into AI-first tools for clients and the teams that serve them.
- Help teams in Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations automate their work.
- Turn successful automations into reusable skills.
