Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, with at least three in B2B SaaS.
- At least two years of experience leading a team as a people manager.
- Proven experience taking a team or product area through organizational change or post-acquisition integration.
- Demonstrable experience applying AI within product development and utilizing AI-powered tooling.
- Track record of leading product discovery across multiple methods and translating insights into validated roadmaps.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to partner with Sales to align product decisions with revenue and retention.
- Data fluency, including defining metrics and using quantitative evidence to drive decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- English language proficiency at C1 level or above.
- Experience in healthcare, public sector, or government-adjacent markets is a plus.
- Familiarity with platform or multi-product portfolio environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of four Product Managers, handling hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
- Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
- Decide strategic investment priorities and ensure alignment with the Sales team to support revenue growth.
- Drive modern product practices, including continuous discovery, outcome-based roadmapping, and hypothesis-driven development.
- Coordinate with Engineering and architectural leadership to ensure product feasibility and platform scalability.
- Represent the company at external events and industry forums to share product insights and build the Group's profile.
- Lead the team through product consolidation and organizational change initiatives.
