Requirements
- Proven experience in ERP transformation projects, ideally involving SAP implementations.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, including P2P, OTC, and Supply Chain processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
- Solid PMO experience, including reporting, governance, and project tracking.
- Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
- Availability to start within the next 2 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand and document business processes.
- Analyze end-to-end processes and identify cross-functional dependencies.
- Assess how process interdependencies may impact ERP transformation and SAP implementation activities.
- Facilitate discussions between business and project teams to ensure alignment.
- Prepare governance materials, project updates, and executive-level reporting.
- Support change management and transformation initiatives across multiple business functions.
- Drive process visibility, risk identification, and mitigation planning.
