Approximately 10 or more years in Customer Success, Customer Growth, strategic accounts, Growth Advisory, product growth, lifecycle, monetization, or an adjacent function.
Five or more years leading customer-facing teams, including managers or specialist groups.
Proven experience owning an entire function or multi-lane operating model.
Demonstrated ability to rebuild segmentation, coverage, and scaled-customer systems.
Strong commercial judgment regarding NDR, renewal risk, and expansion influence.
Credibility in mobile app ecosystems, monetization, and in-app purchase domains.
Technical fluency to lead around developer-facing platforms.
Experience managing both generalists and specialists.
Evidence of turning repeated one-to-one customer work into scalable systems.
Strong written communication and remote-first operating habits.
Evidence of hiring, coaching, and raising the talent bar.

Own Customer Growth strategy across the full customer base.
Build segmentation and coverage models based on account potential and strategic importance.
Lead the CSM team through the CSM Team Lead, focusing on coaching and account strategy.
Identify high-potential customers early and deploy appropriate support resources.
Govern Growth Advisory and integrate learnings into scalable education and enablement programs.
Drive meaningful product adoption by partnering with Product and Marketing teams.
Build a customer-insight loop to influence product improvements and market education.
