Requirements
- Deep experience building and shipping consumer or patient-facing products (mobile, web, or both).
- Proven experience serving as a technical lead on a team, setting architecture direction.
- Experience mentoring and growing other engineers.
- Comfortable working across the full stack in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Experience with React Native or cross-platform mobile frameworks.
- Experience with TypeScript, React, SQL, and Kotlin.
- Strong understanding of user engagement, retention, or onboarding flows.
- Interest or experience in LLM coding agents and AI/ML.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or other high-trust consumer domains is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical direction for mobile strategy and patient-facing applications.
- Rapidly prototype and ship features in mobile and web apps alongside design and product teams.
- Steer product direction for patient support and retention during the critical first month of care.
- Collaborate directly with patients, product, design, and clinical teams to translate needs into features.
- Mentor and grow junior engineers to raise the technical bar for the team.
- Establish technical standards, architecture patterns, and development practices.
