Requirements
- 4+ years of leading an engineering team of at least 3 people
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with full-stack development
- Experience with full-stack frameworks such as Django, Rails, or NodeJS
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Vue
- Multi-year experience designing, building, and supporting complex, business-critical systems
- Experience with both relational and non-relational databases
- Experience running an agile team process
- Experience supporting customer-facing products
- Experience with AI product integrations and AI productivity tools
- Hands-on coding ability and strong system design skills
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Develop the engineering vision and shape the roadmap for Retail Growth projects
- Plan and enable AI-agent readiness for products
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 engineers
- Optimize team DORA metrics to ensure delivery speed and technical excellence
- Provide architectural guidance and effort sizing for team initiatives
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Support, and Professional Services to drive alignment
