Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience.
- 3+ years experience owning a consumer conversion funnel with direct revenue accountability.
- Proven track record in a DTC subscription business at meaningful paid spend scale.
- Deep experimentation rigor: ability to write own queries and interpret statistical significance (sample size, power).
- Proficiency with Amplitude and BI tools like Looker.
- Commercial fluency: strong understanding of LTV, LTV:CAC, payback period, and contribution margin.
- Experience with modern funnel and AI tooling to accelerate testing velocity.
- Specific experience with referral programs and abandonment reclamation tactics.
- Understanding of paid acquisition mechanics (CAC, marginal efficiency).
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation and tradeoff management.
- Experience working directly with marketing and creative teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the conversion product including get-started flow, eligibility/questionnaire, plan selection, payment methods, and checkout.
- Develop and execute distinct growth strategies for different service lines (e.g., Testosterone, Weight Loss).
- Partner with Marketing to ensure continuity across the funnel from ad claim to checkout experience.
- Build and own the experimentation roadmap, including setting evidence standards and increasing test throughput.
- Drive average order value (AOV) through optimization of bundles, plan mix, and add-on adoption.
- Manage the acquisition product roadmap and drive tooling selection, including modern AI-based experimentation platforms.
- Own organic growth initiatives such as referral programs and cart abandonment reclamation.
