Requirements
- 5+ years of Operations Management experience in the tech industry.
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary or cross-functional teams.
- Experience in pre-revenue/pre-profit startups and established operational environments.
- Proven experience with expense tracking, budgeting, risk management, and cost optimization.
- Experience working with fully remote, distributed production teams.
- Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Experience in game or mobile app development is a plus.
- Knowledge of Web3 projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, or Lean is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support leadership with cost, risk, and feasibility analysis for new initiatives.
- Manage expense tracking, purchase approvals, and operational budgeting.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks blocking product development.
- Partner with Project Managers to plan product milestones, timelines, and costs.
- Optimize delivery processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Standardize recurring operational processes to support company scaling.
