Previous experience in project management, project coordination, operations, or account management.
Proficiency in Asana or similar project/task management platforms like Monday.com, ClickUp, or Jira.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Ability to own projects from initiation to completion.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective problem-solving skills to identify risks and dependencies.
Ability to work independently, follow up proactively, and maintain accountability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, Operations, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).

Manage and coordinate tasks and initiatives for assigned client brands in collaboration with Brand Managers.
Translate brand priorities and client requests into clearly defined projects with specific owners, deadlines, and deliverables.
Oversee project lifecycles including setup, resourcing, timeline management, and progress monitoring.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives covering product launches, catalog updates, content, advertising, and supply chain.
Maintain project documentation and task organization within Asana.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure timely resolution and escalation.
Provide status updates, manage action items from meetings, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
