Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering complex technology or transformation projects.
- Experience managing AI, Machine Learning, automation or data-driven initiatives.
- Strong understanding of SAP-related projects and technology transformation environments.
- Experience working with external technology vendors and implementation partners.
- Hands-on experience with Agile / SAFe methodologies and project delivery in a complex, matrix organisation.
- Strong expertise in project governance, planning, RAID management, risk and dependency management.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, teams and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business messages.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence and project portfolio management platforms.
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong ownership, structured approach and ability to drive delivery in a complex and changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the ML/AI Automation Initiative.
- Establish project governance, PMO controls, sprint cadence, RAID management and status reporting.
- Develop and maintain the integrated project plan, MVP roadmap, milestones, dependencies and resource plan.
- Coordinate external technology partners and SAP-related technical readiness activities.
- Facilitate project kick-off meetings, sprint planning, steering committees and executive reviews.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Business Solutions, SAP, PMO and external partners.
- Drive the delivery of the MVP and pilot implementation according to agreed scope and success criteria.
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, issues and escalations.
- Coordinate testing, business validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Maintain project documentation across relevant project management and collaboration tools, including Jira and Confluence.
