Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within SaaS, martech, or B2B tech environments
- Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects/clients with competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management — able to align internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) and external clients
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Comfortable working with project tracking tools
- Data-driven mindset — able to define, track, and report on project KPIs and timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding end-to-end — WABA setup, number registration, template approvals, and technical integration (API, CRM/Salesforce)
- Plan and manage WhatsApp campaign sendouts, including template classification, scheduling, and delivery troubleshooting
- Act as primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, running status calls and managing escalations
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and keep projects on track
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status tracking
- Identify process gaps and contribute to onboarding/sendout playbooks
