Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, program management, strategy, or management consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive complex, cross-functional projects to completion.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience with GRC, SOC 2, compliance, risk management, or security operations is a plus.
- Experience in a startup, high-growth technology, fintech, or crypto environment is a plus.
- Security+ and PMP certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-priority security and technical initiatives.
- Drive documentation, evidence collection, and process improvements for compliance and operations.
- Establish project plans, milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across People, IT, Finance, and Security teams.
- Identify and proactively resolve project risks and blockers.
- Ensure timely, high-quality completion of operational projects.
