Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Commercial Real Estate Construction environment.
- Experience supporting landlord construction.
- Must have: AutoCAD.
- Must have: Bluebeam.
- Ability to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Pacific Time (PST).
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different audiences.
- Proactive, organized team player comfortable in a high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with commercial leasing language and retail lease agreements (a plus).
- Prior experience working U.S. hours and shifts.
- Yardi familiarity (a plus).
Responsibilities
- Provide a consistent and high level of service to internal business units.
- Process data entry transactions in Smartsheet timely and accurately.
- Compare lien waivers for completion and accuracy.
- Produce various AutoCAD drawings of site plans and LODs.
- Work in Yardi Construction Manager ensuring real-time accuracy of schedules and budgets.
- Research lease agreements and tenant data to generate summary reports or process construction project management transactions.
- Manage personal and administrative email inboxes.
