Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in lien negotiation, preferably within U.S. personal injury law.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to legal and procedural details.
- Ability to manage high-volume caseloads and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, organize, and review client medical bills and records related to lien claims.
- Negotiate lien reductions with healthcare providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys.
- Draft and send lien reduction acceptance and disbursement letters.
- Develop and implement strategies to expedite the settlement of liens.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives.
- Perform administrative tasks to support case management and ensure smooth operation of the liens team.
