Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Agile delivery.
- 5+ years of experience leading consulting projects for large clients.
- Proficiency in Azure Compute, Data Stores, API Design, and DevOps/Platform Engineering.
- Experience with .NET Core, C#, front-end tools, and ORM (Entity Framework/Dapper).
- Expertise in DevOps automation (CI/CD & IaC) and source control (GitHub/ADO, Git).
- Experience contributing to user stories, backlog management, and task visibility.
- 4 or more Microsoft Azure Application Development, DevOps, AI, or Architecture certifications.
- Outstanding ability to present to clients in a business-focused and persuasive manner.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical requirements elicitation, design, and scoping discussions.
- Decompose requirements into tasks and provide accurate project estimates.
- Delegate technical tasks across multi-workstream projects.
- Lead and drive project execution with on- and off-shore resources.
- Identify technical problems and proactively manage project risks.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to develop client proposals.
- Consult and advise client stakeholders on technical concepts and design implications.
