Requirements

- Proficiency in payroll software tools including SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets.

- Experience managing teams with a hands-off approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international, and asynchronous environment.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities
- Deliver payroll with >99% deadline adherence and >99.5% accuracy.
- Manage the Zendesk ticketing queue with strategic oversight.
- Maintain, optimize, and update SOPs and internal documentation.
- Provide training and mentorship across Implementation and PCST teams.
- Lead global testing and participate in high-impact cross-functional projects.
- Provide global client support and stakeholder management.
- Make proactive, informed decisions to resolve operational issues.
